There is no way Chelsea are getting 18 points from their last 7 games
Us/Man City/arsenal/Leicester/Aston villa

It will probably come down to goal difference in which case we will regret conceding these late goals. We currently have the worst goal difference of those around us.
Predicting the results I reckon Chelsea will finish on 72 in 3rd with us and Leicester on 71.
I have us losing to Chelsea, that will be the big one!... avoid losing that one and we will finish top 4.

I would be shocked if 4th place this year had 70+.
It seems, you are on the right track.
For what it's worth, Sporting Index, has a spread of 67-68 for third (Leicester) and 4th, 5th and 6th separated by goal difference on a spread of 66 - 67 (Chelsea, Liverpool, us, in that order).

I think the worry has worn off for me when it became obvious when both transfer window closed that we were missing a striker, a central midfielder and a left back.
I'm just enjoying the ride now.
